Family Services
Family Services currently has nine apartments which provide emergency shelter for homeless couples and families with children under the age of eighteen. In addition to our emergency shelter, Family Services has three houses which provide transitional housing for families working toward employment and educational goals who have demonstrated positive life change.
Our mission is to offer a safe and supportive environment where individuals have the opportunity to grow spiritually while resolving life issues. Family Services offers a weekday morning devotion and Thursday evening class for women as well as a Wednesday night bible study and Friday afternoon class for men.
Family Services also provides resource and referrals for substance abuse counseling, mental health treatment, domestic violence counseling, parenting classes, continuing education, free civil legal assistance, debt counseling, medical and dental needs and more.
We hope to expand our facility to better serve the growing number of homeless families in the WW area.
