The Guest Services Manager provides and oversees guest services at the Center for Women and Children, ensuring each guest is treated with dignity, respect and trauma-informed care. Duties include conducting or assisting in the shelter intake process, weekly case management meetings with guests, collaborating with others to provide appropriate support and resources to guests, and communicating guests' progress with other team members. Emergency Housing Director, Men Services
